Qualifications

• Intermediate math for chemical calculations and process control.

Responsibilities

• Execute electroplating, anodizing to meet specs.
• Prepare components by cleaning, degreasing, masking for adhesion.
• Maintain chemical bath compositions with monitoring and adjustments.
• Perform quality inspections against drawings and client specs.
• Troubleshoot and maintain processing equipment for uptime.
• Document production metrics to support QA and improvement.
• Maintain safe, organized workspace per safety protocols.
