Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in industrial plating across multiple finish types.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of chemical handling, plating equipment, and surface preparation techniques.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with independent troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex surface finishing operations, including electroplating and anodizing, to achieve precise coating requirements.
• Prepare substrates through cleaning, degreasing, and masking to guarantee superior finish adhesion.
• Manage plating bath chemistry by monitoring concentrations and making necessary adjustments to maintain process stability.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections to verify that finished components align with technical blueprints and industry standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on finishing equipment to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Document production metrics and process variables to support continuous improvement and operational transparency.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace by strictly adhering to environmental and safety protocols.
