Job summary

Superior Walls NY PA is seeking an experienced Fabricator to join our Maintenance Department in Lima, NY. You will weld, fabricate, repair, and maintain steel forms used in our precast wall production, ensuring precision and uptime.

In this hands-on position, you’ll read blueprints, interpret specifications, and use grinders, torches, and cutting tools to build and fix components. Independence and teamwork are both essential in our fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with welding, fabrication, and equipment repair.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect forms and components for wear and accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specs for fabrication or repair.
• Cut, grind, bend, shape, and weld steel and other materials using fabrication equipment and tools.
• Perform preventative maintenance on production forms to ensure operational specs.
