Ideal applicants will be able to read blueprints, use measurement tools, and operate construction equipment safely. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in a dynamic setting to meet daily

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure and production drawings/blueprints (training provided for right candidate).
• Prior concrete, construction, manufacturing, or fabrication experience preferred but training possible.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, assemble, and set up forms for insulated precast concrete walls.
• Measure, cut, bend, tie, and position rebar assemblies.
• Measure, cut, and install EPS insulation within wall forms.
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area; follow safety procedures and production standards.
• Support concrete placement, finishing, patching, and repairs as needed.
