Job summary

Euro USA is seeking a Specialty Fish Cutter to process all species of fish, including tuna and sword, following specifications under supervision, and maintain top industry standards. You will scale, pin-bone, portion, and package items, sanitize tools, inspect equipment daily, and ensure country of origin labels.

The role requires at least 1 year of fish cutting experience and the ability to read cut sheets and instructions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in fish cutting/processing.
• Ability to identify product by size, type, or product code.
• Solid reading skills — must read cut sheets and instructions.
• Possess basic math and reasoning skills.
• Ability to take direction from Manager/Supervisor and execute instructions.
• General understanding of warehouse operations and footprint.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process fish to customer specs, aiming for highest quality yields.
• Package and present hand-cut items properly.
• Scale, pin-bone, and process whole fish; prepare boxes and ice as needed.
• Sanitize cutting boards and knives.
• Inspect equipment, including tools, scales, and hoses, daily.
• Ensure labels are clear and include country of origin.
