Job summary

Dynomax, Inc is expanding its Electrical Connectors division and seeking a Soldering Technician to assemble cable harnesses and circuit board connectors. This is a 1st Shift position in a clean, air conditioned, well-lit shop.

Candidates should have a strong background in assembling small components. Responsibilities include building and inspecting assemblies per prints, hand soldering through-hole and SMT components, and following established procedures.

Qualifications

• Build and inspect assemblies per prints and specifications.
• Hand solder through-hole and surface mount components and wire mesh splicing.
• Pre-tin components and wires for extended periods.
• Follow manufacturing procedures and written work instructions.
• Understand wiring schemes, assembly drawings, and callouts.
• Handle very small parts with tweezers and occasional use of microscope.
• Attention to detail and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and inspect cable harnesses and circuit board connectors per prints.
• Solder components and verify assemblies meet specs.
• Adhere to documented procedures and work instructions.
