Impact Electronic Solutions, Inc. in Grants Pass, OR, seeks a skilled soldering technician to join the wire-to-component assembly team. You will solder wires using a pencil-style iron, read instructions, and ensure proper workmanship.

Candidate must have high school or equivalent, excellent manual dexterity, and ability to stand or sit for long periods; overtime/weekends required. Benefits include 401(k), health/dental/vision, life insurance, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Experience with basic assembly and mechanical concepts preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Ability to read instruction sheets and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Solder wires onto components using a pencil-type iron.
• Bend wires and attach to components; tin wires as needed.
• Read instruction sheets and traveler paperwork.
• Assist in process improvements and rework as required.
• Work overtime and weekends as scheduled.
