Job summary

Adecco is staffing for a Keene, NH manufacturing site seeking an experienced Soldering Technician on 1st shift. You will perform hand soldering on PCBs and components, read blueprints, and assemble products using precision tools in a clean, team-focused environment.

Qualified candidates have soldering experience, can read schematics, and maintain high quality with strong manual dexterity. IPC certification is a plus but not required, with competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering on PCBs and electronic components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Assemble electronic products using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality and customer specifications.
• Identify and repair solder defects while maintaining high workmanship.
