Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating selective soldering machines.
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards preferred.
• Experience with basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on selective solder machines.
• Program and adjust machine settings, including solder levels, temperatures, and flux application.
• Load PCBs, monitor solder quality, and troubleshoot process issues.
• Interpret assembly instructions, schematics, and diagrams for correct component placement.
• Verify finished assemblies to IPC quality standards.
• Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with ESD and safety requirements.
