Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking a manufacturing assembler in Ohio to set up and operate machines, perform soldering operations, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires reading blueprints and wire schematics, using precision measuring tools, and completing potting/encapsulation tasks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of soldering experience; ESD training and J-STD-001 certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience in soldering.
• Must be able to read blueprints and wire schematics accurately.
• Proficient in the safe and correct use of measuring instruments, hand tools, soldering iron and power tools.
• Completed ESD training and solder certification J-STD-001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machines and tools to perform various manufacturing operations and maintain them to quality standards.
• Finish relays with nameplates, decals, hardware, stamps and touch up paint; perform packing and shipping duties.
• Perform potting and encapsulation operations.
• Train other employees and work in a team environment with shared responsibility.
