Job summary

TE Connectivity's manufacturing teams transform raw materials into finished goods by assembling connectors through soldering, alignment, and quality checks. You will work to maintain production flow, follow precise blueprints, and document results in line with TE's quality procedures.

Ideal candidates bring soldering experience, familiarity with ISO 9001, and strong English communication. The role may require extended hours and working with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED/high school diploma preferred.
• Soldering experience required.
• Proficiency with small hand tools and blueprints.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 procedures and IPC standards.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Solder components to assemble connectors per specifications.
• Align and clamp parts using hand tools or fixtures.
• Maintain quality and document results per procedures.
• Follow blueprints, schematics, and production procedures.
• Keep work area clean and safe; report abnormalities.
