You will follow assembly drawings and routings, use torque drivers and handheld tools, and maintain accurate records. Strong attention to detail and basic engineering docs are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years experience in soldering or manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of soldering, PCB assembly, component identification, orientation.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount components under microscope.
• Perform basic rework, component replacement, and inspection of solder joints.
• Follow production routings and drawings to complete operations accurately.
• Use tools to assemble and complete sub-assemblies with attention to quality.
