Job Description
Assemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations. Rework and install fine pitch components under microscope magnification. Identify component types and polarities. Read and utilize Bill of Materials BOM and Assembly Drawings. Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components. Understand and adhere to ESD ISO procedures. Must be able to solder RoHS and Non-RoHS. Ensure quality of workproduct is maintained to standards. Must be capable of performing solder touch ups. Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies experience required IPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies experience required Capable of following process on travelers and providing input for DFM. Represent company in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner. Other duties and responsibilities not listed above may be added.

Skills Required
HSGED. 2+ year of manufacturing experience. Must be able to understand, speak and read English. As well as articulate any issues that arise while working on a PCBA. Experience with use of hot air rework stations. Ability to use microscope.

Skills Preferred
2+ years soldering PCBAs preferred. IPC certified or pervious IPC certification.
