Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with basic measuring tools.
• Must follow written and verbal directions (in English).
• Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.

• Computer proficient.
• Ability to work independently.

• Must develop a good understanding of company quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small components according to blueprints.
• Exceed or meet Work Order build times.
• Inspect parts to print to verify assembly.
• Keep the work area clean and free of hazards.
• Maintain production rate without sacrificing quality.
• Meet customer and company quality standards.
• Minimize rework and scraps.
• Optimize setup time.
• Adhere to all company safety standards.
• Provide support to other departments as needed.
• Day to day work assignments may increase in complexity and volume.
