Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting machinery to produce widths and lengths per specs.
• Load/unload heavy rolls and adjust blades and tension for feed.
• Inspect width, edge quality, and winding tension during runs.
• Monitor for defects and prevent scrap; maintain clean workspace.
• Perform routine blade changes and machine maintenance.
• Record production data, scrap rates, and downtime.
• Adhere to safety and LOTO procedures at all times.
