Job summary

ePac Flexible Packaging seeks a Slitting Operator to set up, run, and maintain slitting machines handling laminated film. You will ensure product specs, perform changeovers, and help with packing for shipping.

The role requires basic math, ability to read a ruler, and mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with safety procedures and quality checks is preferred; 1–3 years in production is a plus. OT and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in production or manufacturing preferred, not required.
• Able to read a ruler and perform basic measurements.
• Requires basic math and computer literacy.
• Familiarity with safety and quality procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up the slitter and run production to meet specs.
• Perform machine changeovers and routine maintenance.
• Clean machines and organize parts during closing.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Assist with packing finished boxes and loading for shipping.
