Job summary

EXALTA is seeking an assembler to build medical instruments and subassemblies at our Kenosha, WI facility. You will follow drawings, adjust tools, and ensure parts meet specifications in a regulated ISO 13485/FDA environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience, the ability to read blueprints, and strong math and dexterity skills. You will contribute to quality production, document results, and work as part of a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred.
• Experience in ISO/FDA environments is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Strong math skills and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical instruments and subassemblies per drawings and procedures.
• Load, operate, and unload machines per instructions and torque specs.
• Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished products.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for quality and ERP data.
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and collaborate with team members.
