Job summary

CTech Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk who is highly organized and detail-oriented to manage shipments and receipts of products, materials, and supplies. Responsibilities include verifying shipments, packing, scheduling with carriers, maintaining records, inspecting for damage, and communicating with vendors and internal teams.

First shift Monday-Thursday 6:30am-3:30pm and Friday 6:30am-12:30pm; forklift certification within 90 days preferred; high school

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–2 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
Forklift certification within 90 days of job entry date.

Responsibilities

Receive and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
Verify contents of shipments against purchase orders and packing lists.
Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-ups and deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Inspect and verify all incoming and outgoing products for damages or defects.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and other departments to resolve issues related to shipments or deliveries.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
