Job summary

Woodward, Inc. is seeking a logistics specialist to inspect, process, and dispatch shipments for timely delivery. You will manage inventory records, verify orders, and coordinate with teams to ensure accurate packing and safe handling.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, adherence to safety, and efficient use of warehouse systems. First shift hours are 5am–3:30pm, with full benefits and long-term development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail in inspecting shipments and orders.

Responsibilities

• Processing orders: verify goods against POs, work orders and sales orders for accuracy.
• Product handling: prepare and process orders, ensure proper packaging and handling codes for transport.
• Inventory management: maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, perform periodic audits.
• Documentation: manage shipping, receiving and logistics documents for compliance and traceability.
• Equipment operation: operate and maintain forklifts and pallet jacks, keep the work area safe.
