Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Shipping Clerk to prepare, pack, label, and set up orders for shipment. You will inspect materials, verify quantities, and ensure accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments, while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse.

You will follow safety procedures, work with team members to meet deadlines, and use basic computer systems and scanners to track orders and packing instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping labels, and packing instructions.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners or shipping systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of team.

Responsibilities

• Packaging products according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
• Inspecting materials and finished goods for quality before shipment.
• Labeling, palletizing, and preparing orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Verifying quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
• Safely handling materials and moving products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook and/or applicable employment agreement.
• Closely follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance with the job.
• Collaborating with team members to meet shipping schedules and customer deadlines.
