Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 inch.
• Experience operating high-speed sheeting equipment.
• Stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Follow Lock-Out/Tag-Out safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate high-speed sheeting equipment.
• Quality Control: Monitor sheet dimensions, squareness, and surface quality.
• Setup & Changeover: Review job tickets and perform make-ready transitions.
• Maintenance: Clean and perform basic preventative maintenance on knives, rollers, belts.
• Material Handling: Load heavy rolls using forklifts or roll-clamping equipment.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve mechanical issues and paper jams to minimize downtime.
• Safety First: Adhere to LOTO procedures and PPE requirements.
