Position Summary

Accurate Paper Box is seeking an experienced Sheeter Operator with several years of hands‑on sheeter experience in folding carton manufacturing. This is not an entry‑level position. The ideal candidate can step in immediately, run at full production speed, minimize waste, and lead the department without extensive training.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot high-speed paperboard sheeters
• Maintain tight sheet size tolerances and board quality standards
• Monitor grain direction, caliper consistency, and sheet accuracy
• Drive maximum throughput while maintaining low spoilage rates
• Identify and correct mechanical or quality issues proactivelyCoordinate with pressroom scheduling to ensure material readiness
• Lead assistants and enforce high performance standards
• Maintain accurate production reporting
