Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years work related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must possess knowledge using hand tools.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical, reading, writing, and comprehension as well as communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the capacity to shift priorities.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with all employees and management staff.

Responsibilities

• Operators perform set-up and adjustments on machines.
• May be required to wind bobbins and replace needles.
• Must be alert for in-process product imperfection and bring to supervisor or lead’s attention.
• Must exercise safety procedures to prevent injury and equipment damage.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
• 2nd shift position: 4:45PM-3:15AM
