Location: Arkadelphia, AR

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st 5:30 am - 4 pm Monday - Thursday

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, patterns, and specifications
• Basic math and measurement skills preferred
• Manufacturing or sewing-related training is a plus

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sewing machine operation experience required
• Experience cutting patterns and trimming materials
• Ability to work with a variety of fabrics and materials
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Frequent use of hands, wrists, and fingers to operate industrial sewing equipment
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
• Ability to work in a production environment while meeting quality standards
