Job summary

Klein Tools in Fort Smith, AR seeks a production operator for the 2nd shift. You will set up and adjust sewing machines, wind bobbins, and replace needles, while maintaining safety and quality standards on the line.

The role requires knowledge of sewing materials, attention to detail, and the ability to work with others and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years work related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must possess knowledge using hand tools.
• Demonstrate basic mathematical, reading, writing, and comprehension as well as communication skills.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate the capacity to shift priorities.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with all employees and management staff.

Physical Demand Requirements
