Job description

Precision Servo Rebuild Technician — Euless, TX

A day on the bench. Your shift starts at 8:00 AM. The first motor on your cart arrived with erratic feedback. You document the intake details, remove the encoder, and begin a methodical tear-down. By mid-morning, you are deep into inspection—checking bearings, winding integrity, and alignment—before rebuilding with exacting care. After lunch, you wire up the test stand, calibrate the feedback device, and validate that the unit meets manufacturer specifications. Before 5:00 PM, you record every part used, every test value captured, and collaborate with teammates to hit turnaround goals.
