Job summary

Global Electronic Services in Euless, TX is seeking an Industrial Electronics Bench Repair Specialist to troubleshoot and repair electronics down to the component level. You will work on AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs, monitors, and power supplies, performing full functional testing and testing under load when applicable.

You will use schematics, oscilloscopes, and multimeters to diagnose faults, perform precise soldering and component replacements, document every repair, and maintain a clean, safe

• Hands-on background repairing industrial electronic equipment.
• Expertise in component-level troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical/electronic schematics.
• Strong soldering/desoldering technique.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other test tools.
• Document repairs, tests, parts used, and work performed.
• Maintain bench safety and accuracy in a fast-paced repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electronics down to the component level.
• Service equipment: AC/DC drives, PLCs, HMIs/touchscreens, monitors, power supplies, chart recorders, temperatures controllers, counters, and related systems.
• Perform full functional testing and test under load when applicable to confirm reliability.
• Diagnose failures using schematics, technical documentation, oscilloscopes, and other test instruments.
• Execute precision soldering and component replacement.
• Research and source replacement components as needed.
• Document all repairs, tests, parts used, and work performed on each work order.
• Keep bench clean, organized, and safe while meeting quality and productivity goals.
