Qualifications

• Must have 2 yrs of equipment operating experience.
• Related work experience is a necessity.
• GED / HS Diploma is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Operate screed equipment to control the thickness and smoothness of asphalt or concrete layers.
• Monitor material flow and adjust for consistent paving results.
• Work with the paver operator and ground crew to ensure efficient paving operations.
• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints, and grades.
