Job summary

Allan Myers Inc. is seeking a Screed Operator to join our paving crew, responsible for operating the screed on asphalt to produce a smooth, level, and properly compacted surface.

The role requires reading job specifications, blueprints, and grades; performing daily inspections and basic maintenance; and coordinating with the paver operator and ground crew to ensure safe, efficient paving across sites. This position involves frequent physically demanding work and travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret job specifications, blueprints and grades.
• Operate screed equipment to ensure smooth, level pavement.
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of screed equipment.
