You will operate welding machines to fabricate window frames, set up equipment, inspect finished products, and collaborate with the team to optimize production processes while following safety procedures (5S, PPE, LOTO).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Experience with welding and measuring per specs.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work independently and on a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to manually construct window units.
• Set up welding equipment and select materials per specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds to meet production standards.
• Operate welding machines to fabricate and assemble window frames.
• Ensure accurate measurements and alignment during welding.
• Inspect finished products and perform basic repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area following 5S, PPE and LOTO.
• Collaborate with team to optimize production processes.
