Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and measuring tape.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Be able to recognize material by shape and color.
• Capable of using computerized equipment.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and rotate across stations.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or saw operation experience is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate various hand tools to manually construct window units.
• Set up welding equipment and select materials based on specifications.
• Ensure high-quality welds to meet production standards.
• Operate welding machines to fabricate and assemble window frames.
• Ensure accurate measurements and alignment during welding.
• Performs quality inspections and engages in problem solving to resolve issues.
• Inspect finished products and make adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment following procedures and regulations (5S / PPE / LOTO).
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Work in other areas where required.
