Elos Medtech in Memphis, TN is seeking a Rollo Matic Grinding Operator on 2nd shift to set up, operate, and maintain Rollomatic CNC grinders for high-precision medical components. Requires high school diploma and 3 years manufacturing experience, plus experience with Rollomatic or similar CNC equipment.

You will read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, ensure GMP, ISO 13485 and FDA compliance, and participate in continuous improvement while maintaining 5S workplace and lifting up to 50

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating Rollomatic CNC grinders or other high-precision CNC equipment.

Mansioni

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for production of medical-grade components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, optical comparators, and other precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish requirements are met.
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Document production data, lot traceability, and inspection results per GMP.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and internal quality policies.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S principles.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
• Other duties as assigned
