Qualifications

• 3+ years in precision manufacturing, medical device or high-tolerance industries preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA QSR (21 CFR 820), GxP and validation protocols.
• Experience analyzing process data, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for CNC grinding processes, tooling, wheel selection and machine setup.
• Develop, optimize, and sustain machining processes to ensure quality and throughput.
• Lead root-cause investigations and continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for NPI and process validation.
• Mentor and train production staff and engineers on best practices.
