Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and layouts.
• Understand general manufacturing tolerances.
• Comfort with using math in machine setup and production.
• Ability to use precision measuring and inspection equipment.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues.
• Follow established work instructions and production requirements.
• Dependable and a team player.
• Safety-conscious and able to work independently within procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, routing sheets, and technical information.
• Determine cutting requirements and machine setup.
• Perform daily startup and shutdown procedures on waterjet equipment.
• Load materials onto the cutting table and set up nozzles.
• Load CNC programs and set machine parameters.
• Make adjustments to instructions to meet requirements.
• Inspect finished components for defects and quality.
• Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions.
• Maintain 5S and clean work area.
