Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Keene, NH to recruit Roller Inspection Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts. This full-time, temp-to-hire role suits candidates with strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude, focused on precision quality inspection.

Position: Roller Inspection Technician. Shifts include 2nd and 3rd with hours as posted. Pay ranges from $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Post-secondary or trade education is preferred.
• Experience with precision measuring tools is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are essential.
• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision inspection gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OOR.
• Inspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerances.
• Perform visual inspections and finalize packaging per company standards.
• Verify completion of processing steps such as stability checks, Nital Etch, and Magnaflux.
• Perform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and follow documentation procedures.
• Assist with training team members as needed.
• Support light machine operator duties when required.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
