Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Perform dimensional, visual, and functional checks on components.
Read and apply blueprints, GD&T, material specs, and engineering drawings.
Generate inspection reports and maintain quality logs.
Calibrate inspection tools and perform basic maintenance.
Manage SPC, run capability studies, and analyze data.
Identify issues and support root cause analysis.
Ensure adherence to AS9100, FAA, and company quality policies.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.
Skills
Proficiency with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge
Understanding of Aerospace Quality Systems (AS9100)
Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, PPAP
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with ERP or Quality Management System (QMS) software
Exceptional attention to detail
Education
High school diploma required
Associate degree in Quality Management or a technical field preferred
