G.S. Precision, Inc. in Keene, NH is seeking a motivated night shift operator to operate machines, inspect parts, and document production accurately. This role supports aerospace and defense components and requires a strong attendance record and teamwork.

The position offers a Monday-Friday 10:45 pm–7:45 am schedule with pay between $18.00 and $25.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. Join a team committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and learn various types of measuring equipment.
• Basic math skills.
• Must have excellent attendance record.
• Must have solid work history.
• Hand eye coordination is desired.
• Must have a great attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of machines in the area; visually deburr parts and assemble parts into assemblies under the direction of the Area Supervisor and/or Lead Person.
• Ability to inspect parts to ensure compliance requirements.
• Learn to use various types of measuring devices.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Uses SPC to monitor process control and product conformance.
• Follows Standard Operating Procedures and complies with ISO 9001 requirements.
• Performs preventative daily machine and workstation maintenance.
• Follows all safety requirements including use of PPE when required.
