Job summary

Maxcess International is seeking a detail-oriented Coating Booth Operator for its manufacturing team in Wisconsin. You will prep aluminum rollers and apply proprietary coatings to WINertia rollers, ensuring high-quality results before shipping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.
• Experience with surface prep, masking, cleaning, and coatings is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and process instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain coating booth equipment in accordance with company standards.
• Prepare parts for coating, including masking, cleaning, and surface preparation.
• Handle coating materials safely and accurately.
• Monitor coating process parameters to ensure quality and consistency.
• Identify visual defects at the end of each coating process.
• Perform set ups and inspections of coated parts using appropriate measuring tools.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and environmental guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all masking and racking equipment.
• Operate hoist and electrical lift to safely transport parts through production process.
