Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine operating fundamentals.
• Proven machine and web converting capabilities required.
• High school level math skills.
• Basic computer and order entry skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of converting and wide web substrate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Extrusion Coating equipment following defined specifications.
• Perform quality inspections to ensure product conformance.
• Enter non-conforming material records in QMS.
• Make proactive machine adjustments to maintain tolerances.
• Document all production activities accurately.
• Provide backup support for other positions on the line.
• Maintain 6S workplace organization.
