Job summary

American Roller in Union Grove, WI is hiring skilled specialists to apply rubber and polymer coatings on precision rollers. You will read work orders (and blueprints, preferred), operate forklift, crane, and hand truck, and deliver quality results that meet safety and performance standards.

We offer 2nd and 3rd shifts with pay of $23.75–$26.18/hour plus shift premium, weekly pay, 401(k) with match, health insurance, PTO, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Blueprint familiarity preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, cranes, and hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision rollers.
• Read work orders and blueprints (preferred).
• Move components with forklift, crane, and hand truck.
• Ensure safety and quality standards in all tasks.
