Qualifications

• 1+ years manufacturing experience.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.
• Experience with blueprints is preferred.
• Comfort operating a forklift, crane, and hand truck.

Responsibilities

• Apply rubber and polymer coatings to precision industrial rollers.
• Interpret work orders and blueprints (preferred experience).
• Move and stage materials with a forklift, crane, and hand truck.
• Perform inspections and record quality results.
• Follow safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.
