Job summary

Precision Roll Solutions in Green Bay, WI, seeks a skilled machinist for first shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) with pay between $28.00 and $32.00 per hour. You will set up and run machine tools to produce precision steel rolls per blueprints, monitor quality, and adjust processes as needed to keep parts within spec.

Responsibilities include interpreting orders, maintaining safety, and coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery across industries.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret work orders, blueprints and drawings.
• Understand geometrical tolerances and quality specs.
• Operate machine tools with a focus on safety and precision.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate machine tools to produce precision rolls.
• Monitor operations, measure outputs, and fine‑tune feeds and speeds.
• Diagnose deviations and suggest design or process improvements.
• Move and position rolls with dollies or a forklift; maintain a clean area.
• Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
