Job summary

IQ Resource Group in Sheboygan is seeking a Machinist on 1st and 2nd shift, responsible for the timely and accurate manufacture of parts per print specifications using a variety of machining centers. Location listed as Sheboygan Falls, WI.

Wage is $22-24/hr with hours 6am-2:30pm and 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities include milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, checking parts, and operating forklift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of machining experience preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills required.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and routings.

Responsibilities

• Performs milling, turning, drilling, tapping and deburring operations.
• Checks for defective parts and performs maintenance on machines.
• Identifies materials to be used in the manufacturing process.
• Identifies various types of tooling.
• Maintains the work area.
• Operates forklift.
