Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience as Roll Form Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
• Experience using calipers and tape measure is required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Visual and Hearing: Must be able to see with corrective eyewear, must be able to hear clearly with assistance while wearing hearing protection.
