Qualifications

• Proficient use of hand and power tools.
• Mechanical background (e.g. small engine repair).
• Experience using calipers and measuring devices.
• Experience running manufacturing machinery (roll mill, press machines).
• Good hand and eye coordination.
• Ability to maintain steady pace and meet production standards.
• Flexibility in work schedule and attendance adherence.
• Ability to follow written work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to saw, cut, shear, slit, punch, crimp, notch, bend, or straighten metal material.
• Set up, calibrate, and align roll mills according to production specs.
• Operate roll mill machinery with accuracy and consistency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production.
• Perform routine maintenance using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Maintain quality control through inspections and documentation.
• Support fabrication work, including welding, tooling setup, and parts fabrication.
• Record setup steps, adjustments, and operational data for traceability.
