• Preference for SAP operation, petroleum refining process or industrial warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage incoming materials and staging for TA events.
• Issue materials to TA contractors and record transfers.
• Coordinate post-turnaround cleanup and restore warehouse organization.
• Transact inventory using SAP MM/PM, IPS, and EDMS.
• Perform PMI and QC documentation; manage NCR process.
• Coordinate with drivers and refinery personnel; small package delivery.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain 5S housekeeping; operate a forklift.
