Job summary

Laudisi, the owner behind Smokingpipes.com, is hiring a Receiving Associate to ensure every shipment is counted, verified, and entered into inventory with zero margin for error. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse, unloading, sorting, and stocking products daily.

You will reconcile quantities, use our inventory software, and maintain an orderly, safe workspace while supporting the Shipping Department. Prior receiving/logistics exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong attention to detail.
• Able to stay on task and maintain accuracy in fast-paced conditions.
• Comfortable handling physical tasks and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, unpack, and verify incoming inventory against packing lists and invoices.
• Stock warehouse shelves and label/bin locate new inventory.
• Identify delivery errors and reconcile quantities to prevent issues.
• Enter verified items into internal inventory software with precision.
• Keep workspace clean and organize inventory to support Shipping.
