Job summary

Galls, LLC is seeking a Receiving Associate to handle packages arriving at the facility, verify contents, and route products to the correct department. You will print and sort pick tickets, audit orders for quality, assemble boxes, seal shipments, and prepare manifests for shipment.

Responsibilities include sorting products by location, labeling, inventory accuracy, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. Prior shipping/receiving experience is preferred; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving preferred; training provided.
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Highly organized with attention to accuracy and detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Print and sort pick tickets to fulfill orders and align with packing lists and shipping labels.
• Audit orders for 100% quality.
• Assemble boxes to match order sizes and label contents.
• Fill voids in boxes and ensure proper sealing for shipment.
• Manifest and load orders for shipment.
• Sort and label products by location and description; restock as needed.
• Follow Manager directions and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations and company policies for safe workplace.
