Qualifications

• Reliability: on time, on site, able to work days and some weekends.
• Ability to stay organized, follow procedures, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Curiosity about pipes, cigars, or other “deep hobby” worlds where minutiae matter.
• Comfort being on your feet and lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Pull, pack, and ship orders with accuracy that earns reviews mentioning zero mistakes.
• Receive 30 minute lunch breaks, and two 15 minute breaks; weigh, package, and label tobacco to tight standards.
• Keep the shipping area organized when things slow down and work as part of a detail‑oriented team.
• Use web-based scheduling software to manage your schedule and shipping tasks.
