Job summary

Torus is seeking a detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team and manage inbound inventory at our GigaOne and South Salt Lake facilities. You will verify shipments, update NetSuite records, and help ensure inventory accuracy to support manufacturing needs.

The role requires 4+ years in warehouse operations, forklift proficiency, and strong attention to detail. This full-time, on-site position offers hourly pay and regular daytime hours in Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations.
• Forklift operation certification or proven proficiency with moving heavy materials.
• Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accept deliveries and verify shipments are intended for the warehouse.
• Check packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders for accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities.
• Compare received goods against system orders to identify discrepancies.
• Enter received items into NetSuite, including barcode scanning and labeling.
• Update stock levels and organize inventory for storage.
• Communicate arrivals or issues with purchasing and warehouse staff.
• Use pallet jacks or forklifts to move materials to staging or storage areas.
• Document shipments and report shortages or damages.
